What is an interactive Medication Reminder?
This is a phone reminder that is setup to call one or as many times per day as the clinet needs to asssist in taking their medications, check their blood sugar, administer insulin or take care of another related need.
How does it work? What happens is when it's time the phone will ring and upon answering the client will hear a pleasant voice reminding them to take their medications and then will ask them if they have. Their response will be noted by the system and then added to their medical compliance spreadsheet.
This service is easy to setup and we are involved with the client's care. This is not a quick call and push a number is you took your medications. We track compliance and communicate with the physician and pharmacy.
